Coaching through Crisis provides confidential coaching to individuals experiencing a perceived sudden and unexpected situation in their work environment.

These sudden and often abrupt events are unsettling and can cause an individual stress, potentially exacerbating the situation. They require immediate attention to minimize impact to your career and employment status.

Although there may have been warning signs, individuals are often caught off-guard when they receive notice. Confused, angry, upset – emotions fly until a plan of action is developed.

Annual review states “you are not a good fit”.

You’ve been told you are fired - for reasons including compliance related.

You have been told you are “tone deaf”.

Placed on a “performance improvement plan” (PIP) and not sure what it means?

Our Approach

Each individual situation is unique to that person. To fully understand, we spend the initial interview listening and getting the facts – to ensure we can help. Once the engagement letter is signed, the individual coaching sessions begin. We define the issue, identify the end goal and outline actions/behaviors to get there. Sessions (usually by phone) are held at convenient times for the client and occur 3-5x/month. Most engagements are completed in 3-4 months.

We provide letters of completion to employers if requested.
